A lot of us don’t even know what it looks like. Pull up a seat, and take a few minutes to write down your big picture goals. Now when you are feeling like there isn’t enough reason to do the small things, you can think clearly of why you’re really doing it. Each small step will take you up the staircase.
What’s happening is that as our brain is getting rewired by the media that we keep consuming, it is becoming less able to focus on one task. This puts us in a constant state of multi-tasking, leaving us little ability to focus.
